Reservation and Payment Policy
Reservations are essential for all treatments. Credit card information or gift card details are required at time of booking. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD, CASH and DISCOVER. We do not accept personal checks.
To enhance your treatment experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. This will ensure time for you to unwind and complete or update your skin and nail care form. In order to provide a beautiful, clean, and relaxing environment, our treatment areas and rooms are Freedom Zones: free from cell phones, food, pets, smoking, and disquieting behavior and loud conversations.
We are committed to a relaxing and stress-free environment for all our guests, including you! If your child can not sit unattended in the waiting area during your service, we ask you not to bring them to your treatment. We love children and families, however, we use sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemicals that are dangerous to children.
We are excited to meet you! We ask new guests to come 15 min prior to their reservation time to fill out a new guest form and get a tour of Aqua skin and nail care spa so that we may be able to give you the best experience.
We Respect Your Time
We understand that your time is important to you. At Aqua, you will find that you have to wait less and receive consistent services each time. In order to keep this promise we have policies about being late and no-shows.
Please provide 24 hours notice for reservation cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee. Late arrivals, please let us know you are running late. We try our best to accommodate you in our schedule, however, this may not always be possible. If we have a late start time less than 10 minutes we may be able to modify your service to accommodate your reservation and you will be charged for your full treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will need to be rescheduled so that it does not overlap with another guest reservation time.
Service RE-DO’s and Home Care Product Returns
It is our goal that every guest leaves loving their treatments and home care products. If there is ever something you are not completely satisfied with, please call our salon within seven days and our guest care team will help you make a plan to resolve the issue. Each scenario is unique, and we will do our best to come up with a solution you will be happy with. We offer store credit only on home care and boutique items. We do not accept returns on nail polish and jewelry purchases.
